Scotchip is a subsidiary company to The Veg Shed and is the supplier of peeled potatoes to many hospitality and food businesses across Scotland and North England.

The Logan Family grow potatoes in East Lothian allowing direct access to a high quality product direct from the farm and with over 80 years’ experience of growing potatoes. Potatoes are farmed in the most environmentally friendly way with integrated farm management tools to reduce sprays and fertilisers as much as possible.  They are stored in efficient sheds at the correct temperatures to give a top quality eating experience.

Scotchip aims to reduce the supply chain so that local fresh produce arrives on suppliers shelves as fresh as possible.  We can trace all our potatoes back to the field they are grown in.

We then carefully and expertly process and pack these high quality potatoes in a ready to go format for your customer be it retail or catering.
